Pipedrive: The Short Version
What is Pipedrive and why is everyone talking about it?
It’s a CRM built around a visual sales pipeline. You see deals as cards on the screen, drag them through stages — and you immediately see where the bottleneck is and where the money is.
What makes it different from amoCRM or Bitrix24?
It doesn’t try to be “everything.” Pipedrive is about sales and only sales. No built-in portals, social networks, or corporate chats. Log in, see your deals, call a client, log out.
What does it cost in 2026?
Five plans: Essential ($14/user/month), Advanced ($34/month), Professional ($49/month), Power ($64/month), and Enterprise ($99/month). All prices with annual billing. Plus a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
What actually works?
The visual pipeline is the main feature. Set up sales stages in five minutes. Auto-population of client data from email and LinkedIn. AI assistant analyzes deals and flags the ones that are going stale. Integration with email, telephony, WhatsApp.
What’s annoying?
Basic analytics only with Professional at $49. For a small two-person sales team, that’s a lot. Plus report customization is weaker compared to HubSpot (which has a more generous free plan). Another thing: there’s a mobile app, but half the features are buried so deep you can’t really work without the desktop version.
Is Russian supported?
The interface — yes, almost fully translated. Tech support — in English. Documentation is also mostly in English, though basic articles are translated. Calls through the built-in telephony with Russian numbers work, but require integration through a third-party provider.
Who should get it?
Official website: https://pipedrive.com Sales teams of 3+ people. If you sell through a pipeline (leads → calls → proposals → invoices → payments) — Pipedrive covers it all. Freelancers and solo entrepreneurs should start with the free HubSpot instead.
